Hi Katie,
Our cataloger reported that our AI Assistant wasn't working last week, and I found that it had been disabled. Noone here turned it off, but when I turned it back on, he reported that it was behaving
similarly to what you describe - just spinning and spinning without returning any results. Was yours mysteriously disabled recently too? We're on NA03.
I'm sharing your message with him and suggesting that he contact you as he also submitted a ticket to Ex Libris.

** Caution: EXTERNAL Sender **
Our AI assistant cataloging is no longer working. I suspect it might be timing out, and I wonder if others are experiencing this as well. We are on NA05.
If you have already reported the issue, please send me your case # and I will reference it in my own ticket.
Thanks!
