Nominations are now open for the CANRUG Executive Committee. This Committee consists of a Chair, Chair-Elect, Past Chair, and Secretary.

Due to the nature of the group’s formation, the first election will be taking place from June 2 through the end of day June 15th with the results being announced at the ELUNA CANRUG meeting on June 18th, and on the CANRUG mailing list shortly after.

The nomination period opens today and will remain open until the end of day May 29th. Positions available are:

Chair-Elect (chair for next year)
Secretary (three year position)

People may self-nominate by submitting the following information to both election designates (Alex Fletcher <alex.fletcher@ocul.on.ca> and Heather Pretty <hjpretty@mun.ca>):

This information will be used to populate the ballots that will be done in Qualtrics and sent to all CANRUG registered members. To be considered a registered CANRUG member to vote on this ballot, you must be registered via the CANRUG website form no later than May 30, 2025.
