Good morning. Based on the survey results and the fact that we have to host the meeting at our institution again this year, we gave our facilities staff the following 3 possible dates to work with: November 10, November 9, and October 30.  Their response was that the only date that works for them to give us the large meeting room is October 30, 2009. Please see attached message below.

Therefore the official date for this meeting is October 30, 2009.

A small group of people are working on the agenda. As soon as that is ready we will start registration. Thanks.

Kathy – The only date that works is 10/30 from 8am-5pm.  Unfortunately, the rooms are not on the same floor.  HC122 (lecture hall) is available, as is HC201 (lounge, for food).  The only classrooms available are HC323 and HC421 (seminar rooms, seat 16 each).  Let me know if that will work.

Michelle – Any problem with a library event in HC323/421 on Friday, 10/30?  Thanks.     Diane
