Documentation and/or tutorials for using assistive technologies with Alma and Primo

Greetings! *Apologies in advance for cross-posting. This question crosses the topics of accessibility, Alma, and Primo.* Members from Orbis Cascade Alliance have been discussing ways to improve proactive support for our end users and colleagues who use assistive technologies in their interactions with Alma and Primo. We’re curious to know if anyone has created documentation and/or tutorials with recommended practices or tips and tricks for using these technologies. Examples of assistive technologies include but are not limited to: - Screen readers, such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (Mac) - Screen magnifiers, such as Magnifier (Windows), Zoom (Mac) - Speech-to-text, such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Speech Recognition/Voice Access (Windows), VoiceControl (Mac) - Text-to-speech and/or literacy support, such as Read&Write, Balabolka, Open Dyslexic - Keyboard-only navigation Some sample scenarios include: - A student who uses VoiceOver and has an assignment for class that requires accessing electronic course reserves in Alma Digital. - An instructor who uses NVDA and is searching for scholarly articles in Primo. - A library worker who uses keyboard-only navigation and updates records in Alma.
