Hello, If anyone has information about why when "Interested User" and "Hold Item" is selected during our ordering process, the system doesn’t show that an Interested User or a Hold was entered during the initial ordering process once we receive and scan it in. I'm sure this is related to our patrons not receiving a notice as well, which has also been an issue. I've been troubleshooting this with ExLibris support for 3 months now and seem to be going nowhere.. I've passed off to a few different representatives so far, who don't seem to communicate with each other or read my ticket description. Thank you.
