The Ex Libris DC User Group Meeting will be held on October 30, 2009 at Montgomery College, Takoma Park/Silver Spring campus. This will be a great opportunity to meet, network, and exchange ideas with your colleagues. The meeting will offer sessions on Aleph, Voyager, and SFX/MetaLib. Ex Libris staff will attend and provide corporate and product updates. Online registration is now open. Please click on the following link to register. Registration Information Registration will close on October 23, 2009 to enable us to finalize plans and make arrangements for the meeting. Please note that some afternoon sessions will be cancelled if fewer than 10 people are registered for any of the sessions. Conference Registration Fee (all registrants) is $25. This will cover costs for breakfast, lunch and break refreshments. Please send payment only after registration is confirmed Please note: Registration for conference is not complete until the fees are paid. Good morning. Based on the survey results and the fact that we have to host the meeting at our institution again this year, we gave our facilities staff the following 3 possible dates to work with: November 10, November 9, and October 30. Their response was that the only date that works for them to give us the large meeting room is October 30, 2009. Please see attached message below. Therefore the official date for this meeting is October 30, 2009. A small group of people are working on the agenda. As soon as that is ready we will start registration. Thanks. Vani K.
