This is a closed list, which means we need to store the email address and (optionally) the name of all subscribers. The subscribers list is only available to list administrators. To remove your email and/or name from the list, please follow the instructions below for unsubscribing. Once you have unsubscribed, your information will no longer exist on the subscribers list.
Any message sent to the discussion list is considered a contribution, and any data contained in the message will be forwarded to list subscribers and go into the Aleph list archives. This includes information like email address, name, position, phone numbers, institutional affiliation, and any other personal data contained in the email message, attachments, and signature.
The Aleph list archive is available to all list members, and potentially anyone can subscribe to the list.
The Aleph list archive is not indexed by web crawlers.
The Aleph list administrators have very limited options to identify, extract, or remove all your personal information from the list archives should you wish so, notably information that is held in non-text formats such as images. Should you have concerns about your personal information in the Aleph list archive, please contact the list administrators, and we will do our best to help.
