Storage of Your Data
Subscribers' Data This is a closed list, which means we need to store the email address and (optionally) the name of all subscribers. The subscribers list is only available to list administrators. To remove your email and/or name from the list, please follow the instructions below for unsubscribing. Once you have unsubscribed, your information will no longer exist on the subscribers list. Contributors' Data Any message sent to the discussion list is considered a contribution, and any data contained in the message will be forwarded to list subscribers and go into the Primo list archives. This includes information like email address, name, position, phone numbers, institutional affiliation, and any other personal data contained in the email message, attachments, and signature. The Primo list archive is available to all list members, and potentially anyone can subscribe to the list. The Primo list archive is not indexed by web crawlers. The Primo list administrators have very limited options to identify, extract, or remove all your personal information from the list archives should you wish so, notably information that is held in non-text formats such as images. Should you have concerns about your personal information in the Primo list archive, please contact the list administrators, and we will do our best to help. Contact information for the list administrators is at the bottom of this page. Please take these potential limitations to your data privacy into account before you decide to send messages to the Primo discussion list.
Subscribing to Primo
Subscribe to Primo by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
