Good afternoon DCRUG community, As announced at the DCRUG Annual Meeting, we are following up with everyone regarding a vote on potential names for our regional user group and a call for volunteers to discuss what it is we want from this group: what should meetings look like, how should we structure ourselves, and how can we better utilize this group as a resource for all. We have heard your feedback on these topics over the past two years and we believe involving everyone is the best path forward. Good morning DC RUG community, I am pleased to announce our new co-chair for the DC Regional User Group (DC RUG) - Mary Beth Holm, Electronic Resources Librarian, Virginia Commonwealth University. Mary Beth's term is for the 2024-2025 period. Additionally, I want to thank Jacqueline Saavedra for her years of service to DC RUG as co-chair. Her efforts and dedication are greatly appreciated. Following the DC RUG meeting at ELUNA 2024, Mary Beth and I met to review the feedback/ideas raised during the session.
